Fernanda Mª. Cordeiro de Oliveira

Coordinator of PPGFAP, Professor of UFSC

Graduated in Biology (2010) and Master in Evolutionary Biology (2012) from the State University of Ponta Grossa; PhD in Botany (2017) from the University of São Paulo (USP). Since his PhD, he has worked with plant anatomy, working mainly with: vegetative organs, floral anatomy, developmental, ecological, applied to systematics. She became a professor at UFSC in early 2018. She assumed the coordination of the PPGFAP in May 2022.

Paulo Tamaso Mioto

Subcoordinator of PPGFAP, Professor of UFSC

Graduated in Biology (2007) and Master (2011) and PhD (2016) in Botany from the University of São Paulo. During his PhD he worked with the modulation of crassulacean acid metabolism in bromeliad species. He became a professor at UFSC in 2017. He is currently investigating the role of ectomycorrhizal fungi on the physiology of native restinga plants, focusing on a plant species with high potential for the recovery of degraded areas. He assumed the sub-coordination of the PPGFAP in May 2022.
